Yoga Classes
I offer an all-levels vinyasa flow that slowly builds potential sweat and muscle while simultaneously stretching to the rhythm of your breath, and ends with sweet surrender to savasana. My practice is both athletic and accessible, with many opportunities for modification so that you may flow at your own pace.
